1. Introduction

Bfour Exim Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized importer and marketer in India of LifeCore Water Ionisers manufactured by LifeCore Co., Ltd., South Korea. This Warranty Policy defines the terms and conditions under which warranty service is provided within India.

2. Warranty Coverage Period

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

The warranty period begins from the date of installation or invoice date, whichever is earlier. Proof of purchase and installation record are mandatory.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. During the warranty period, the Company may repair the product, replace defective parts, or replace the unit if repair is not feasible. No refunds shall be issued under warranty.

Warranty remains valid only if installation is performed by authorized personnel and the product is used within recommended specifications. Tampering voids warranty.

6. Service Process

To claim warranty service, customers must provide invoice copy, installation record, serial number, and issue description. Service inspection will be scheduled. If covered, repair/replacement will be provided. If not covered, service and parts charges shall apply.

7. Replacement Policy Under Warranty

Full unit replacement shall occur only if repair is technically impossible and approved by management. Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

8. Transferability

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, non-transferable unless approved in writing, and valid only within India.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bfour Exim Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, business losses, or any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
