1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with Bfour Exim may be cancelled. By placing an order through our website or via direct agreement, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been processed, shipped, or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, manufactured, customized, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, cancellation requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Bfour Exim.
4. Export Orders
For international or export transactions, cancellations are subject to contractual agreements, Incoterms, and trade compliance regulations. Advance payments made for export orders may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation by Bfour Exim
Bfour Exim reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any advance payment received will be refunded.
6. Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Transaction or banking charges, if any, may be deducted.

- Customized or special-order products
- Bulk or contract-based orders
- Orders already dispatched
- Goods procured specifically against confirmed purchase orders
