Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19 February 2026

Bfour Exim Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized importer and marketer in India of LifeCore Water Ionisers manufactured by LifeCore Co., Ltd., South Korea. Our products are distributed and sold across India through us and our authorized distributors and retail partners in various cities in the country.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • All LifeCore water ionisers imported and marketed by Bfour Exim Pvt. Ltd.
  • Products purchased through authorized distributors, dealers, and retail partners in India.
  • Direct sales made by the Company (if applicable).

No Refund After Installation

Once a LifeCore water ioniser has been installed at the customer’s premises, no refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Installation includes physical mounting, water/electrical connection, and demonstration of the product. Upon installation, the product is deemed accepted by the customer.

Pre-Installation Cancellation

Refund requests prior to installation may be considered if:

  • The request is made in writing before installation.
  • The product is unused and in original packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged.

Applicable logistics, handling, and administrative charges may be deducted. Refund approval is subject to management discretion and may take 7–14 business days.

Transit Damage (Before Installation)

Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Upon verification, the Company may provide replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Performance-related concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Water taste preferences
  • Relocation
  • Personal dissatisfaction after installation

All such cases shall be addressed under the warranty and service terms only.
