1. Introduction
Bfour Exim Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized importer and marketer in India of LifeCore Water Ionisers manufactured by LifeCore Co., Ltd., South Korea. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products within India.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship products across India through authorized logistics and courier partners. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of stock unavailability, customers will be informed accordingly.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on location, product size, or special handling requirements.
6. Delivery & Inspection
Customers are required to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo/video proof. Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of transit damage claims.
7. Installation Coordination
Shipping of the product does not automatically include installation unless specified. Installation will be scheduled separately through authorized service personnel.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
9. Risk & Title Transfer
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Ownership of the product transfers only upon full payment receipt.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, transport strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, India.
