At Bfourexim Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality water ionisers manufactured by LifeCore Instruments, South Korea. Each unit is carefully inspected and tested prior to dispatch to ensure it meets quality standards.

This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing fault.
  • The product is damaged during transit.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect model selection by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to manufacturing defect.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.

Reporting a Defect or Damage

To initiate a return request:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide Order Number.
  • Clear photos and/or video showing the defect or damage.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for transit damage claims).

Failure to report within 48 hours of delivery may result in rejection of the claim.

Inspection & Verification

  • Our technical team will review the submitted evidence.
  • If required, remote troubleshooting may be conducted.
  • In some cases, an authorized technician inspection may be arranged.

Return or replacement approval will be granted only after verification of a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective/damaged unit.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging.
  • All accessories.
  • Manuals and warranty card.

After inspection at our facility, a replacement unit will be dispatched. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and replacement dispatch.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • The product has been installed incorrectly.
  • The product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, voltage fluctuation, improper water source, or failure to follow installation guidelines.
  • Serial number is removed or altered.
